What INBOUND 2025 Meant for pjSOS

This year we had the opportunity to attend HubSpot's INBOUND conference in San Francisco. We were ecstatic as a small team that prioritizes continuous learning so that our clients get the most out of their CRM.

At the conference, we learned directly from HubSpot and got our questions answered. We also reconnected with friends in the industry and explored how AI is being built into the platform to shape the future of sales and marketing.

AI in Sales and Marketing

The most talked-about topic at INBOUND was artificial intelligence. We learned about HubSpot’s new features and ways customers can use AI to:

  • Automate repetitive tasks: HubSpot AI tools can handle routine activities, freeing teams to focus on more strategic work.
  • Streamline sales and marketing workflows: AI optimizes processes and reduces manual effort.
  • Dedicate more time to strategy, relationships, and growth: AI lets teams focus more on high-value activities that drive business results.

Although a few years ago AI had a rough start, it’s surprising how AI has become effective at supporting time-consuming and repetitive tasks. A feature making a big impact for me is the HubSpot AI Data Agents, which can research individual records at scale. 

By embracing AI as a tool, we can help our clients reclaim time and focus on high-value work that directly drives revenue.

Learning from the HubSpot Community

One of the best parts of INBOUND was connecting with people across the platform. We learned from HubSpot employees, top trainers, and fellow HubSpot admins. Everyone’s situation is different, so it was fascinating to hear about the challenges and mistakes of others in similar roles. 

These conversations gave us new ideas, exposed common pitfalls to avoid, and showed all the more reasons why engaging with the community is valuable compared to learning on our own.

Why INBOUND Matters for Our Clients

Events like INBOUND help us improve how we support our clients and reinforce our purpose at pjSOS: helping organizations use their CRMs to their full potential. The knowledge we gain shapes our approach to CRM strategy, sales operations, and overall system optimization. 

These learnings guide us to help clients work faster, sell more, and keep their systems running smoothly, while keeping our goal the same: less busywork, more growth.
